The work's fine. The admin isn't.
Most custom builds start with somebody saying there's got to be a better way to do this. One person chasing hundreds of people by hand. The same details typed into three different places. A booking process held together with emails and good intentions.
Off-the-shelf software gets you most of the way. It's the last bit that hurts.
So we build that last bit. Sometimes it's a small automation between the tools you already use, sometimes it's a proper web app or portal. Either way it's built around how the business actually runs, and you own it.

Got a job that should be doing itself?
Tell us what's eating the time. It doesn't need to be a spec, "there's got to be a better way" is a perfectly good start.
When you're doing something by hand that shouldn't be, when off-the-shelf software nearly fits but not quite, or when the thing you want customers to do doesn't exist as a plugin. If something existing will do, we'll say so.
More than a website, and it varies a lot. We scope these properly first so you get a real number rather than a guess, and if the numbers don't justify it, that's worth knowing early.
Depends on the job. React front ends, Postgres and Supabase for data, and integrations into whatever you already run: CRMs, calendars, email, WhatsApp, payment providers. The boring, well-supported option unless there's a good reason not to.
Where it does a specific job better than the alternative, like sorting enquiries or drafting first-pass replies. If a simple rule or a form would work, that's what you should have.
You do. We can look after it, or hand it over documented so someone else can. Nothing gets built in a way that ties you to us.
