There are no cookies on this website. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no embedded players, no social widgets, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing is stored on your device and nothing about your visit is shared with anyone.

That is also why you are not being asked to accept anything. A consent banner exists to ask permission to store things on your device, and we do not store anything, so there is nothing to ask about.

If that changes, for example if we add analytics, this page will be updated first and you will be asked properly at that point.

Under UK GDPR our lawful basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and where that does not apply, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

We do not use anything you send us for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Your enquiry travels through three companies before it reaches us, all of them acting on our instructions as processors:

Our host keeps standard technical logs of requests to the site, which include IP addresses. These are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure, are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you.

Some of the companies above are based outside the UK, so your information may be processed in the United States or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to two years afterwards, so that we have a record of what was discussed if you come back to us. After that they are deleted.

If we start working together, your information is kept for as long as we are your supplier and for six years after the end of that relationship, which is the period we are required to keep business records for.

You have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting something new and leave this page saying otherwise.
